The policy below regards all purchases made on synflextoys.com, unless otherwise specified.
Our refund policy spans 30 days since your purchase date. Unfortunately, once 30 days has past, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it to be eligible for a return. It must also be in the original packaging.
To process a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. This can simply be the email address used to make your order.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be available (if applicable)
- An item not in its original condition, or an item which is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to manufacturer error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery. (Your return does not need to arrive at our warehouse within 30 days, but most be postmarked within 30 days since the date you ordered.)
Refunds (if applicable)
Contact us by email to recieve an RMA number/packing slip. You will be responsible for paying a small return shipping fee. For customers in the US and UK, this will be a domestic shipping fee to our local warehouse.
After a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we are in receipt of your returned item. We will also inform you of the status of your refund.
Should your refund be approved, it will be processed and credited automatically to your original method of payment in full.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If your refund has yet to be received, please first check your bank account and/or credit card company, as it may take some time before refunds appear on your statement. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Unfortunately we cannot exchange items which have already been opened or used.
If you need to exchange a purchased item for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and we will provide you with an RMA number, in a similar process to the refund process documented above.
