We are an American company based in Wyoming, run by American management, operating under the name Little Big Brands LLC.
Will my product be delivered despite COVID-19?
Yes, despite the current situation, we continue our deliveries throughout the US.
Who do you ship with?
All products sold by Little Big Brands LLC are shipped either from our US warehouse via the United States Postal Service (USPS), or from our China warehouse via 1-2 week private courier, which uses USPS First Class Mail for its “last-mile” delivery.
Will my order be tracked?
Yes. Once your package leaves our warehouse facility, you will be notified by email with a unique tracking number.
Shipping times & Deliveries:
99.9% of orders are shipped within 1 business day of the order having been placed, and normally quicker. In the event of extenuating circumstances, orders are still dispatched from our warehouse within 3 business days, in all cases.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order on the “Thank You page” with 1 click up to 1 hour after ordering. If more than one hour has elapsed since ordering, this button is removed, as we ship rapidly and may have already shipped your order.
Once an order is shipped, you can return it to us for a refund after it has been delivered so long as it is postmarked (shipped to our warehouse by you) within 30 days of the date you placed your order, assuming your return meets all other outlined requirements (please see our Returns page for full details before ordering).
I received part of my order, where is the rest?
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped as separate packages. If your order is shipped in multiple boxes, you will be issued multiple tracking numbers.
Can I have an invoice or a quote?
All orders result in a receipt being sent to your email.
